Glenn exploring zero-sum power politics as a fundamental threat to human security and proposing synergetic relations among nations to improve human security.

Among existential threats to humanity, the most immediate and little understood is the development of Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) before agreements are in place for its management. Examples of potentialbeneficial initial conditions, rules, and guardrails for AGI and governance modes are also proposed.
