The UNESCO-PMU Symposium 2023, “Towards Evaluation Frameworks for Futures Literacy and Foresight”, will take place in Paris on June 21-22, 2023.
The UNESCO-PMU Symposium 2023 serves as a platform of exchange to explore possible processes for review and evaluation, map current evaluation practices, and discuss effective evaluation approaches, both quantitative and qualitative, fit for different purposes and contexts. Participants will be able to share reflections on futures-oriented focuses and explore collaboration synergies among UNESCO Chairs, futures researchers, and practitioners.
Among the many participants and speakers of the event, 4 different nodes of The Millennium Project will join the event. On the first day, Shermon Cruz, Philippines Node, will moderate the first panel and Norbert Kolos, Poland Node, will give a speech on “Survey for Anticipatory Stance evolution” during the second panel. On the second day, Ibon Zugasti, Spain Node, will moderate the third panel, and Tanja Hichert, Southern Africa Node, will give a speech on “A Novel Country development planning approach for Botswana: Two proposals for evaluation” on the fourth day.
