On Feb. 9, 2024, the Centro de Estudio Prospectivos de Cuyo, member of the Argentina Node of The Millennium Project, in collaboration with The Millennium Project and its RIBER Node among others, organizes a tribute to Ted Gordon within their international videoconferences cycle for the 50th anniversary of the World Futures Studies Federation and the Internacional de Formación Profesional en Prospectiva 2023.
Speakers for the events are: Jerome Glenn, Executive Director and co-founder of The Millennium Project, Concepción Olavarrieta, Board of Directors member and Mexico Node Chair, Guillermina Baena Paz, Vicepresidente Regional de la Federación Mundial de Estudios del Futuros and Coordinadora del Seminario de Estudios Prospectivos, Julio Millán, founder and President of the Sociedad Mundial de Futuros, Capítulo Mexicano A.C., Guillermo Gándara, Co-Chair of the Mexico Node of the Millennium Project.
The event will be located in Mexico and streamed on you tube at the following link. Other tributes to Ted Gordon will follow. On March 1st, for instance, at the launch of our 11th World Futures Day, we will remember Ted Gordon by sharing memories and professional collaborations. More details will follow.
