South Asia State of the Future Index – first steps

The South Asia Foresight Network Node of The Millennium Project, with Maldives, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, India, Bhutan, Bangladesh, Afghanistan, embarked on an experiment to develop a State of the Future Index (SOFI) for South Asia.
On February 28, a first workshop on SOFI organized by Asanga Abeyagoonasekera, SAFN Node Chair, was conducted by Jerome C. Glenn, co-founder and CEO of The Millennium Project.
The distinguished scholars and researchers will now engage in developing Synergetic Relationships among nations in South Asia, one of the least integrated regions in the world.
