The new issue – September/October – of Revista De Prospectiva y estrategia n°75 by the Chilean Council of Foresight and Strategy (Chile Node of The Millennium Project) is out.
The N. 75 issue contains news articles by Héctor Casanueva (Chile) – “La era de la prospectiva”, Miguel Ángel Gutiérrez (Argentina) – La Guerra… Las Guerras”, and Paul Werbos (MP-PC) – “Neural Network Revolutions, Past and future: From BP to Quantum Artificial General Intelligence QAGI” and “Six Gigantic Changes coming to all humans: see build-aworld.org”, among many others.
The issue also contains Information and reports about the Dubai Future Forum and the Global Future Society, the World Summit of the Committees of the Future, and the recent Informal MP Planning Committee meeting held in Dubai in Oct. 10, 2022, and the World Building Contest.
