Prospectiva para el Desarrollo Sostenible – October 27-28, 2022

Prospectiva para el Desarrollo Sostenible is the 4th National Congress of Foresight Prospecta 2022, the 6th Latin American Congress of Foresight and Future Studies Prospecta America Latina 2022, and the 2nd Ibero-American Symposium of the World Federation of Future Studies (WSFS).

The objective of the conference is contributing to the reflection and debate about Sustainable Development in various strategic fields, such as technological, social, territorial, environmental, health, agriculture, and food.

The conference is organized by the Centro De estudios Prospectivos de Cuyo, The Millennium Project Argentina Node (Mendoza), and the Argentine Ministerio de Ciencia, Tecnología e Innovación and it will be held in October 27 and 28 at the Amphitheater 5 of the Faculty of Economic Sciences of the National University of Cuyo (Mendoza, Argentina).

Among the distinguished speakers, Ibon Zugasti, member of The Millennium Project Board of Directors and chair of the RIBER and Spain Nodes, will be speaker for the panel “Prospectiva agrÍcola y alimentaria”, taking place on the 28th of October. Watch the streaming at https://youtu.be/g4Y9ZBO5J0Y.

Within the framework on the IV National Congress of Foresight Prospecta Argentina, the XIII seminario Internacional de Formación Profesional en Prospectiva 2022 will take place on the 28th of October and host many speakers from The Millennium Project, such as Fernando Ortega, Peru Node, Lydia Garrido, Uruguay Node, Rosa Alegría, Brazil Node, Javier Vitale and Luis Ragno, Argentina Node, for a round table on “Socio-ecological technological systems in the future of Latin America”.
