Launch of the Turkish State of the Future 20.0 with Glenn – Oct. 24, 2025

The Futurists Association of Turkey, celebrating its 20th year and hosting the Turkish Node of The Millennium Project, will host the launch of the Turkish translation of the State of the Future 20.0 on October 24, 2025 at Akbank Campus, Istanbul, from 09:30 – 12:00 (Turkey time).

The launch event will feature Jerome Glenn in Istanbul for a keynote speech, followed by a panel discussion. Participants—including business leaders, thought leaders, civil society organizations, and members of the Futurists Association—will explore the report’s key findings and gain insights into future trends from Glenn’s global perspective. Attendees will also have the opportunity to discuss critical questions shaping the future of business, technology, and society in Turkey.

The State of the Future 20.0 report, published by The Millennium Project and widely recognized internationally, has been translated into Turkish by Prof. Dr. Serhat Çakır and his team, who conduct foresight research at Başkent University, under the leadership of the Turkish Futurists Association (FD). This translation of the SOF 20.0 makes the report accessible to Turkish researchers, decision-makers, and members of the wider community interested in global foresight. The volume will be available soon after the event.
