
Ibon Zugasti’s Engagement in Key Events in Colombia

Ibon Zugasti, Deputy Director of The Millennium Project and Chair of its Spain Node, recently participated in a series of important events in Medellín, Colombia, focused on foresight, strategic planning, and ethical decision-making.
On March 11, he attended the book launch of El futuro de las profesiones al 2034 at the National University of Colombia in Bogotá, alongside notable academics and industry leaders.
On March 13, 2025, he took part in a conference and discussion panel at CEIPA Business School, where he engaged with students and executives, alongside experts such as Lucio Henao and Francisco Mojica from the Colombia Node of The Millennium Project. The event explored the role of foresight in business strategy and future-oriented leadership.
On March 14, he spoke at multiple events, including a session at the University of Medellín on ethical scenario planning for businesses, emphasizing responsible decision-making and long-term thinking. Later that day, he led a conversation at the Museo de la Vida, discussing foresight for a sustainable future, hosted by the Millennium Project – Nodo Medellín Antioquia.
These engagements reaffirm Ibon Zugasti’s dedication to promoting foresight thinking, ethical leadership, and innovative strategic planning on an international scale.
