The XII International Academic Conference “Foresight and Science, Technology and Innovation Policy” will take place on November 22–25, 2022. The conference organised by Institute for Statistical Studies and Economics of Knowledge (ISSEK) of National Research University Higher School of Economics (HSE University) will be held within the framework of coordinated by the HSE University the world-class Scientific Centre ‘Human Capital Multidisciplinary Research Centre’, and UNESCO Chair on Future Studies.

The conference participants will discuss a broad range of topics in the domain of Futures Studies, S&T Foresight and STI policy-making. The event will bring together renowned Russian and foreign scientists and experts.
On Nov. 23, José Cordeiro,  Venezuela and RIBER Node of The Millennium Project, will give a speech about “The Future of Human Space Exploration: Mars and Beyond” for Session 4: Foresight. On the same day, Jean Paul Pinto, RIBER  Node, will give a speech about “The Use of Science Fiction in Foresight” for “Session 5: Foresight”.
On Nov. 24, Ibon Zugasti, Spain and RIBER Nodes, will give a speech about “Five UN Foresight Elements of Our Common Agenda: Results of a RealTime Delphi Study” for “Session 6: Foresight”.

The Conference working languages are English and Russian with simultaneous interpretation. Participation in the conference is free of charge. The conference will be held online via Webinar platform (the link to join will be sent upon registration).
