Objectives: The EAST Africa Node puts together common objectives and activities carried out in the area composed by Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda. It aims at:
- Promoting the use and appreciation of foresight in the region
- Creating opportunities for networking and joint learning by individuals and institutions interested in the application of foresight to contemporary challenges
Recent activities:
- Meetings that have focused on pertinent themes as they relate to the local situations – future of work
- Exploring sustainable energy futures in East Africa
