On April 30, 2025, Dr. Erika Vaiginiene, Chair of The Millennium Project Node in Lithuania, presented the activities of The Millennium Project and the “State of the Future 20.0” report to the Futures Committee of the Lithuanian Parliament.

The presentation highlighted the importance of futures-informed policymaking and fostering a future-oriented mindset within society.

Vytautas Grubliauskas, Head of the Future Committee, expressed gratitude for Lithuania’s active participation in The Millennium Project and emphasized the many opportunities for the Lithuanian Node to collaborate closely with the Parliament’s Future Committee.

This event marks an important step toward embedding a more forward-thinking approach in public policy development in Lithuania.
