Harnessing AI Risk Pre-Summit – June 12, 2024

Jerome Glenn, Executive Director of The Millennium Project, will be one of the speakers of the “Harnessing AI Risk Pre-Summit“, June 12, 2024, organized by the Trustless Computing Association as a hybrid event from Manduria (TA) from 4 pm to 6 pm.
The summit is an integral part of the Harnessing AI Risk Initiative, and its emerging Coalition around its Open Call, and the as a preparation of the 1st Harnessing AI Risk Summit this November in Geneva. Global experts in the international governance of AI and dangerous technologies, and advisors of the Trustless Computing Association, will give an answer to this questions: Could the “intergovernmental constituent assembly” be a better treaty-making model for AI?
Glenn will be speaking within the panel 2, 17.10 – 17.50, on “Could the intergovernmental constituent assembly be a better treaty-making model for AI? Should the Baruch Plan be the main inspiration for its mandate?“. Moderator for the panel is David Wood, UK Node Co-Chair, who will be also moderating panel 1, 16.20 – 17.10, on “Could the intergovernmental constituent assembly be a better treaty-making model for AI? Should the Baruch Plan be the main inspiration for its mandate?”.
