The OECD’s Government Foresight Community Conference was held online on April 25, 2024. This OECD initiative is improving government foresight capacity by sharing key insights, methods, and issues.
The conference brought together 140 online participants, including several from The Millennium Project, Representatives from Japan’s NISTEP, Singapore’s PMO, Finland’s Innovation Fund Sitra, South Africa’s Institute for Security Studies, Islamic World Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization, APEC Center for Technology, Spain’s Foresight and Strategy Office, Malaysia’s Industry-Government Group for High Technology, Brazil’s Naval War College, Ireland’s Central Bank. If OECD will make the presentations available online, this page will be updated with the link.
The Millennium Project with Jerome Glenn lead two sessions: one on AI and Synthetic Biology and the other one on the Second Phase of The Milllennium Project’s AGI Governance research.
